你要的核心质感，到底是什么？

这类视频看起来“真”，通常靠这几件事撑起来：

• 数字变焦的丑：颗粒、涂抹感、锐化过头、细节糊成一片
• 手持不稳：抖动不是均匀的“防抖失败”，而是有停顿、有再寻找画面的节奏
• 持续找焦：对焦偶尔跳到玻璃反光、路人、餐具上
